'Cut Back and Feel Better' campaign

The 'Cut Back, Feel Better' campaign is encouraging people to use the Drinkaware app to moderate alcohol intake by highlighting the benefits to health, mental and physical wellbeing.

Whether you want to take a break from drinking for a set period of time, reduce your daily unit intake or introduce drink-free days, the Drinkaware app can help you.

Cut Back and Feel Better

The app allows users to track their alcohol consumption using an extensive database of alcohol brands, keep track of how much money they’re spending, set personal goals based on their drinking habits, and unlock achievements when making positive changes.

We will be promoting this campaign through a digital and PR campaign in September 2015.
