Many people do not realise that alcohol can make anxiety or stress worse. Drinkaware is looking for people who would be willing to share their experiences of cutting back on alcohol to improve their mental health.

We’d like to speak to people who have taken steps to reduce their drinking as a way of improving their anxiety and stress and to hear from them about the ways in which they went about it and why they did it.
