Most people know that drinking too much has an impact on their physical health but too few realise how it could be affecting their mental wellbeing. Alcohol is often used as a way to unwind but it can actually increase stress and anxiety. Which is why this World Mental Health Day we want to show people the positive effects that cutting back their drinking could have on their mental health.
