MyDrinkaware – cutting back made easy

Introduction

Drinkaware’s free online tool, MyDrinkaware now offers even more exciting ways to track your drinking.

So whether you’re a new or an existing MyDrinkaware user, there are plenty of new features to make cutting back on alcohol easier. Here are just some of them:

Cut back with friends and family

You can now connect your MyDrinkaware account with one or more people so you can compare each of your drinking patterns and send each other messages of encouragement.

Take the 14 Day Challenge!

Rise up to the challenge of cutting the amount you currently drink in half for two weeks. Drink more than your set limit on any given day and you lose one of three lives!

Hints and tips personalised to you

Get the pointers you need to cut back through useful advice and analysis based on your actual drinking patterns.

View your drinking over any date range

Whether that be four days or an entire year, all your data is presented in a simple to follow graph.

See your drinking in food and exercise equivalents

You might aleady be aware of the calorie content of your favourite drinks but prepare to be surprised when you see what they equate in junk food and how long it would take to burn it all off if you were going to run, cycle or swim!

Shout out about what you’ve achieved
